Players will only be able to use one Regenerative Food Item every 120 seconds.
Players can no longer equip/unequip Accessories/Costumes during combat.
After: Players will now be able to equip or unequip any gear while their HP is below their Max HP.
Before: If any player whose HP is below their Max HP tries to unequip any weapon, then the weapon will only be removed upon respawning.
